Stratech GmbH is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website, for what purpose, and on what basis. It is governed by the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process
Server logs
This website is hosted in Switzerland; data is processed exclusively in Swiss data centres. When you access the website, technical connection data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, and browser type) is recorded in server logs. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the site and the prevention of abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as necessary for that purpose and are then deleted or anonymised.
Web analytics (Plausible)
We use Plausible Analytics to measure reach, operated by Plausible Insights OÜ on servers in the European Union. Plausible runs without cookies, performs no cross-device tracking, and builds no personal profiles; it records only aggregated, anonymous usage statistics. No data is sold to third parties. Because no personal data is stored on your device, no cookie banner is required (legitimate interest in anonymous reach measurement).
Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) solely to answer your enquiry and for any follow-up correspondence. We retain this data for as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with statutory retention obligations.
Disclosure and international transfer
We do not share your data for advertising purposes. Processing by third parties takes place only through the processors named above (hosting in Switzerland, Plausible in the EU). Where data is processed in the EU (Plausible), the transfer from Switzerland relies on the Federal Council's recognition that the EEA provides an adequate level of data protection.
No automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Under the revDSG and the GDPR you have, in particular, the right to:
- access to the data we process about you
- rectification of inaccurate data
- erasure or restriction of processing
- object to processing and withdraw any consent given
- obtain or transfer your data (data portability)
To exercise these rights, simply email the address above.
Right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU or EEA it is your competent local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The version published on this page applies at any given time.
